AI Policy
Effective Date: August 25, 2026
Our Approach to AI
Guided Growth Financials uses artificial intelligence tools as part of how we deliver fractional CFO, accounting, and advisory services. This policy explains how and why we use AI, and what that means for you as a client.
How We Use AI
AI tools may assist with tasks such as:
- Financial data analysis and pattern identification
- Drafting reports, memos, and client communications
- Process automation (e.g., bank feed rules, reconciliations, cash flow modeling)
- Research and summarization to support advisory work
AI is a productivity tool we use to work faster and more accurately — it does not replace professional judgment. Every deliverable, recommendation, and financial conclusion we provide is reviewed, verified, and stands behind the judgment of our team before it reaches you.
What AI Does Not Do
- AI does not make final decisions about your finances, your business, or your engagement.
- AI does not replace the judgment and accountability that come with our services.
- We do not rely on AI output without human review before it reaches you.
Client Data and Confidentiality
- Client financial data is not used to train third-party AI models.
- We only use AI tools and vendors that maintain appropriate data confidentiality and security commitments.
- Client information is handled under the same confidentiality standards that apply to all of our work, regardless of what tools are used to produce it.
